Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately Gift Cards, Sales Items and International purchases are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Store Returns: Skip the 'waiting' hassle and exchange your items at the Billy Now stores in Hout Bay, The Old Biscuit Mill and Root 44 in the Western-Cape. Or keep an eye out for our event dates across South Africa throughout the year.
If you need to exchange your item via our online service, send us an email at email@example.com with the below information:
1. Proof of purchase
2. Details of items being returned
3. Reason for return
4. Address for the new items to be sent to
Once approved, further details regarding the returns address will be forwarded to you.
Billy Now credit will be given for full returns.
Return Shipping Information
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Re-shipping costs will need to be settled before your new items can be booked out to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
